Gut Happy Milo
I cant believe it’s not MILO! And your kids wont believe it either.
The secret is out… our in-house cook, Tamara, has finally shared her secret gut healthy “i can’t believe it’s not MILO” recipe with you all.
After countless experiments in the Gut Happy kitchen, Tamara (and her teenage son) have finally created a recipe which is almost too good to be true and totally good for you to!
This recipe is insanely simple and delicious.
We hope you enjoy it as much as our kids do!
Ingredients
½ cup almond meal
½ cup LSA
¾ cup coconut sugar
¾ cup raw cacao powder
¼ cup Gut Happy partially hydrolyzed guar gum (good gut food)
Method
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 20 seconds until it forms a milo consistency.
2. Store in an airtight container
Will keep for a few weeks… if it lasts that long!
