Gut Happy peanut butter balls
We all love a healthy no-bake bliss ball to snack on the go!
These super easy peanut butter balls are a treat for your gut and are sure to keep you and your family satisfied for hours!
*Can’t eat peanuts – no worries, add the nut or seed butter of your choice (almond, pistachio, tahini).
Ingredients
1 tsp “natural” or “Populate” Meadow & Marrow bone broth concentrate
1 cup cashews
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs raw cacao
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup wheat free oats
1 cup desiccated or flaked coconut
*you can add 1/3 cup choc chips or raisins if you desire
Method
Add cashews to a high speed blender to thermomix. Mix on high (speed 10) for 20 seconds or until well ground.
Combine cashew mix with remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix until well combined (or you can mix all in the blender/thermomix, but be sure to add raisins or choc chips last and stir in by hand).
If mixture is too dry you can add 1 Tbs of coconut milk or water (or as needed).
Mixture needs to be slightly sticky and a little crumbly.
Wet hands and roll mixture into balls using palm of your hands.
Place balls into an air tight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
Store in fridge until ready to eat.
